From the terrace you step right into the luxury kitchen. This is fully equipped, ideal for extended dinners with family or friends.
Inside there are two living rooms: a cozy sitting area with television and a spacious second living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a dining table. In addition, on this floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. A second staircase leads to the top floor with two comfortable bedrooms that share a stylish bathroom.
On the patio you will also find a large recreation room with a table tennis table and a separate toilet. From this area you can access the fenced swimming pool, equipped with a dining table, sun beds, a lounge and a large lawn where children can play.
