Tourretes sur Loup - Villa

Located a 30-minute drive from Nice Airport, in the beautiful hinterland, this lovely south-facing villa is situated.

The village of Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is 5 km away. You can get there in an hour's very nice walk. By bike it's a 15-minute ride. Opposite the villa, on the road where cyclists regularly pass by, on the old railway line, there is a path where you can explore the region on foot or by bike.
There is a bus stop in front of the villa, from where you can go anywhere.
The supermarket, Carrefour, is a short 10-minute drive away.

Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a picturesque, medieval village. Nearby you will also find Vence, Valbonne and Grasse, the perfume town. The nearest beaches are 17km away; Cagnes-sur-Mer or Antibes.

Villa La Tourrettes is tastefully and modernly furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture.
The living room is visually separated by a transparent fireplace. On one side a spacious seating area and on the other side a dining table with an open kitchen next to it, including an American fridge with ice cube maker. The kitchen is excellently equipped to cook delicious meals and there are also beautiful items to set the table nicely afterwards. There is a table tennis table and there are board games for many hours of fun.
From the living room you have access to the covered terrace, complete with dining table and barbecue. The terrace extends the length of the villa and provides access to the saltwater pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

On the ground floor there is a suite and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning. The other rooms have standing and ceiling fans that are very effective.
