Villa Dalaromeri offers a perfect combination of luxury and nature, overlooking the beautiful Lac de Serre Ponçon and the majestic Alps. This location is ideal for hiking enthusiasts, with beautiful hiking trails from the nearby village of Savines-le-Lac, and is also perfect for bicycle tours. Everything you need is within walking distance: the lakeside, several restaurants, three bakeries and a supermarket. The cozy town of Embrun is only 10 km away.
The villa is located in a well-maintained residential area and has parking, a garden, a swimming pool and two spacious terraces. The front terrace has a lounge set with thick cushions, from where you have a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain peaks. The second terrace offers if possible an even more beautiful view and is the ideal place for your meals. Here there is a large (gas) barbecue with cooking facilities. The swimming pool (9x5 m) is equipped with a retractable, high canopy. Thanks to this canopy, the water temperature is already at a comfortable temperature early in the season.
After an active day, you can relax in the sauna. Next to the sauna you will find sports room with an exercise bike, table tennis table, table soccer and a dartboard. There is a refrigerator for necessary extra hydration. A separate toilet completes this sporty wellness level.
Inside the villa, a staircase leads to the lounge with large windows and stunning views of the lake and mountains. The sitting area has a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV. From the living room is a staircase to the upper floor where you will find the second bedroom and bathroom.
