Description
Blissful luxury air-conditioned villa for 10-12 people with great sea view, is located in the hills of Sainte Maxime. The view is on the Mediterranean sea, and on the golf course of Sainte Maxime is amazing.
The villa has been built and decorated under architecture, including the garden. The result is magnificent. Comfort and unity play a major role and that is both visible and tangible.
The Mediterranean garden is delightful with its (covered) terraces. Garden furniture with thick cushions is waiting for you. The tight lawn with adjacent special plants and flower bushes, the sun terraces that go over into the swimming pool; it is a picture. The wide steps of the pool offer the opportunity to quietly descend into it or for children to play. The pool is secured with an electric cover and is heatable (summer months). In the shade next to the villa is a table tennis table.
When you enter the villa, you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall, followed by a voluminous living room. The eye-catcher is the large glass sliding wall; the view is spectacular! The salon itself has an inviting seating area and a beautiful floor. The salon seamlessly flows into the dining room via an arcade. The dining table and chairs are next to a second, large glass sliding wall. When you walk past the dining table, you automatically enter the beautiful, modern kitchen (the fridge / freezer with ice machine is of course not lacking). Also from the kitchen you can go outside through a sliding door.
There are 5 fully-fledged bedrooms in total, all of which are equipped with air conditioning. There are also 5 bathrooms in the house. The first 2 bedrooms have large sliding doors and open onto the covered terrace. These rooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom is also on the ground floor, has a sliding door to the pool and a private bathroom.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are on the first floor. They are wonderfully spacious and each has its own bathroom. From both rooms you have access to a large sun terrace with comfortable lounge furniture.
The last bedroom is simple and is located at garden level, adjacent to the garage, this room is cool because of its location, there is no air conditioning and also no light from outside. There is a simple shower room with toilet. Also accessible from the garden; ideal for swimming.
The villa is situated in a beautifully maintained Residence; here are also some tennis courts you can use. Both the centre and the beaches are within easy reach. With about 3 to 4 minutes drive you can reach them.

Onze derde keer in deze villa. Goed om te zien dat de eigenaar een perfecte villa blijft verbeteren. Nieuwe vaatwasser, nieuwe kussens voor de buitenstoelen en kantelbare grote parasols maakten ons verblijf nog aangenamer.

Villa La Vue des Pins with pool and private tennis court in Sainte-Maxime, Côte d'Azur Spacious and stylish, with air conditioning, a large private pool and situated on a beautiful fenced private plot of 7000 m² in a secured estate. This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is just 1000 meters from the beach and 2500 meters from the center of Sainte-Maxime. Villa La Vue des Pins - Beautiful outdoor spaces. The garden surrounding the house is an oasis of tranquility with subtropical vegetation, old trees and flowering borders. There are several terraces, perfect for relaxing or cozy meals. The large front terrace, partly covered, offers a panoramic view over the bay towards Saint-Tropez and you can also keep an eye on the pool. Here you will find a long dining table and a comfortable lounge area. A second terrace adjoins the kitchen and is ideal for breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Villa La Vue des Pins - layout of the house Upon arrival, a wide staircase leads to the entrance, where you will find a guest toilet and access to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
