The villa has a fenced plot with an electric gate and ample parking. From the covered terrace, you can enjoy a lively panorama, watching sailboats pass by and overlooking Les Issambres. To the right, there is even a glimpse of Sainte-Maxime. The terrace is furnished with luxury outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. A plancha is available for casual barbecues.
A few steps down is the heated infinity pool (12x5m), surrounded by sun terraces and equipped with a summer kitchen for chilled drinks. There is also an outdoor shower for added comfort.
