Luxury, modern, air-conditioned villa large and with private heatable pool for 10 people. The location is in the golf domain of Sainte Maxime, with a view on a green. The beach and the centre of Sainte Maxime are at 3km. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Grounds with electric gates, parking (covered and open), terraces with lounge sets and several dining tables, generous sunbeds, professional barbecue, putting with 2 holes, nice jeu-de-boules court and of course the magnificent view on the golf course.
Inside a beautiful entrance hall with access to the living areas with fully equipped kitchen on one side, and 3 bedrooms on the other. An indoor staircase leads down to the spacious studio with sitting area and flat screen, a kitchenette (Nespresso, kettle, fridge) a high, double bed and a bathroom. From this floor there is a door to the garden. From the ground floor there is also a staircase to the VIP-room; this is a very luxurious room with a large bathroom and a large balcony.
