The beautiful sandy beaches of La Nartelle are - just like the lively center of Sainte Maxime - easily accessible: only 2 km away from your villa. Saint Tropez is also worth a visit; from the port of Sainte Maxime you can set foot on the quay of this famous port / seaside resort with about 20 minutes (and free from traffic jams!).

Via an electronic entrance gate you reach the private terrain of 1300 m2, where there is enough space to park your cars. The garden is decorated with subtropical vegetation and a piece of lawn. Perhaps the most eye-catching is the majestic Pin Parasol by the pool, which is accentuated by the view of Saint Tropez beyond.

The beautifully landscaped and heatable swimming pool (11 x 5 m) offers a breathtaking view of Saint Tropez. The ideal place to enjoy the sun on one of the luxury sunbeds. If you prefer to enjoy the beautiful view in the shade, this is also possible: under the covered terrace by the pool a spacious lounge set is waiting for you.

Since the kitchen is located on the first floor, the owners have created a kitchenette in the bedroom adjacent to this covered terrace. That way you have your chilled drink at your fingertips! You will also find a sanitary facility with shower and toilet.

At the pool and garden level you will find a total of 3 bedrooms; all with patio doors, opening onto the covered terrace with sea view. The lounge bed displayed here offers you the opportunity to enjoy, for example, a good book in peace. For the sportier guests there is a table tennis table.

The above 3 bedrooms are spacious in size and each has large box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (bath, double washbasin and toilet). The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

In the hall there is a separate room with the washing machine and dryer.

Via an indoor staircase you reach the first floor, the so-called 'living floor' (the second floor will not be opened during the rental periods). You enter there in the hall. On the sea side there is one large space, which includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.The entire length of this space has patio doors to the upper terrace and you have a beautiful sea view everywhere!

In addition to the living / dining room and the kitchen, you will also find the fourth bedroom and television room with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). This bedroom has a high-quality double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), a beautiful flat screen television with reception of Dutch channels and a DVD player. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.

On the sea side there is one large space, which includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The entire length of this space has patio doors to the upper terrace.

Furthermore, the impressive fireplace immediately catches the eye in the living area and you can dine at the stylish large dining table. You will also find a connection point for the television here.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped; here you can prepare delicious dishes which you can then serve in the dining room or on the adjoining terrace. On this terrace there is a beautiful dining table, with director chairs around it. Of course, a Weber barbecue should not be missing here!

If you prefer shade over the sun while eating, you have the option to extend the large electric awning here.

Another part of this terrace is designed as a sun terrace. Here again comfortable sunbeds are waiting for you.
