Saint-Avit-Sénieur - Villa

This detached villa with swimming pool offers complete privacy. Quietly situated in the Dordogne between Bergerac and Sarlat. The village of the villa, Saint Avit Senieur, is known for its large abbey which is on the world heritage list. There is a small grocery shop where you can also get your bread, a restaurant and a café. Less than 5 km away is Beaumont du Perigord where you can go for your daily groceries.
On the driveway there is room for two cars and in the garage you can park another car. Here you will also find the washing machine, an extra refrigerator and a freezer.

At the back of the entrance there is an attractive covered terrace with a view of the private swimming pool and the sloping hill behind it. The extensive lawn, where children can play endlessly is bordered by woods.
The swimming pool has a terrace and there are sun loungers with parasols and a solar powered shower. The swimming pool is secured with a double aqua-alarm.
In front of the house is a beautiful fig tree, with a dining table; a fantastic place to stay for hours when it gets too hot in the sun.

Inside is a cosy, well-equipped kitchen and throughout you enter the living room with a large decorative fireplace, a comfortable sitting area with a flat screen television. An arcade archway leads through to the dining area. It is all well cared for and atmospheric. There is a bedroom with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor (low passage to the second bedroom!) and they share the second bathroom. The 7th bed is created in a corner of the corridor where the bedrooms lead to. All three bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
