In Mougins, the golf and gastronomy pearl next to Cannes, you will find this beautiful, luxurious air-conditioned villa on a plot of 1,500 m² in a spacious residential area. You can enjoy the good French life from this stylish accommodation with an architect-designed and well-maintained garden and a large swimming pool.

The location is ideal: La Croisette, the famous boulevard of Cannes, is exactly 7.5 kilometers from the villa. You are therefore close to all interesting and fascinating locations, but you still enjoy the peace and luxury of your own villa with everything within reach.

The subtropical garden is a picture; the swimming pool with the lounge pavilions is a real eye-catcher. One pavilion is equipped for enjoying your meals and the other is purely for lounging.
Both pavilions are equipped with a slatted roof. Between the pavilions is an outdoor shower and a small building with a sink and small refrigerator.
The swimming pool has a comfortable 'entrance': shallow and with built-in lounge sofas… On the adjacent sun terrace there is a row of sunbeds with umbrellas. In the evening you can enjoy the atmospheric lighting that gives the whole a fairytale look.

The salon is located on the first floor and is beautiful. A large open space with a sitting area where, among other things, a large flat screen television hangs on the wall. Underneath is an impressive soundbar, a PlayStation3, a Blu-ray player and an Apple iPod dock.
By the way, there is a wireless internet connection throughout the villa and in the garden.

Sliding doors open from the salon to a balcony, which is also a great place to relax.
The kitchen is in open connection with the salon. Here is a dining table for twelve people and a beautiful induction cooking island. In addition to the American fridge with ice maker, there is also a beautiful wide oven and no fewer than two Nespresso machines including a milk frother. There is a second large fridge/freezer that is located in the garage.
On the living floor there are three bedrooms, each with a complete bathroom including toilet. On the ground floor are the last three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a private terrace adjacent to the garden and pool. A second bedroom with private bathroom has access to two terraces in the garden. The third room has a separate bathroom and separate toilet in the hallway.
All bedrooms have two box-spring beds that can be used as a double bed or as two single beds.
