Lorgues - Villa

Beautiful, single-story villa with heated private pool, plenty of privacy, a large enclosed garden and beautiful views over the wooded area of the picturesque village of Lorgues in Provence. The villa can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms.

Quietly located 4 kilometers from the attractive center of Lorgues. Here are terraces, restaurants every Tuesday there is the widely known Provencal market. The smaller town of Saint Antonin is about 2 km away, where you will find a good bakery and a small supermarket. The sports enthusiasts among you can also indulge themselves; kayaking in the river Argens, hiking through the vineyards, mountain biking in the Gorges du Verdon and many other possibilities.

On the south side, which includes the swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with outdoor shower, you overlook the surrounding forests. The west side offers you a beautiful view of the Ste. Victoire mountains near Aix-en-Provence. A lovely shady spot can be found on the spacious and partially covered terrace with dining table on the east side. Steps along oleanders lead to the second terrace, near the lower pool. Large parasols and sun beds are at your disposal.

Through a well-equipped kitchen with 2-door American fridge, you enter the spacious and bright living/dining room with fireplace and French doors.

There are four spacious bedrooms, one with a shower room innovatively incorporated into an apparent closet and one with an ensuite shower room. The third bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. This bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. In all bedrooms there are comfortable beds; a total of four beds of 90 by 190cm each (these are arranged as 2 double beds, but are easily separated), two beds of 80 by 190cm and one bed of 140 by 200cm. One of the four bedrooms has a magnificent, panoramic private terrace. Enjoy the beautiful view directly from your bed Two of other bedrooms also have double doors to the outside, opening onto a terrace.

The house has shutters and double windows and doors, which provide light and coolness throughout. You can park your car in the available garage or on the property itself, there is ample parking. Present for children: a high chair, cot and a soccer table.
