La Belle Issambre is a luxury villa with sea views, nestled on an enclosed plot against a hillside. It is located 2 kilometres from the sandy beaches of Les Issambres on the Côte d'Azur. Les Issambres is a charming coastal village with a lively promenade, restaurants with private beaches, as well as small coves and creeks where children can explore. There is also a sailing school (sailboats, catamarans) and a ferry to the famous Saint Tropez. A weekly market and cosy shops complete Les Issambres. The villa borders a nature reserve and is located on an enclosed plot with covered parking. There are various terraces around the villa so you can enjoy the sun or shade at any time. The view from the terrace of the pool and the sea is beautiful! And... from the parking lot, you can walk straight into the La Gaillarde nature reserve. The pool has a playful shape, and the sun loungers are ready for you. Inside, the villa is very well-maintained and luxurious. Cosy decor: a beautiful living space with high ceilings and a comfortable seating area and dining table by the terrace doors so you can enjoy the view while eating. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine) and also has French doors to the terrace. Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning. The fourth bedroom does not because it is on the 'garden level'; a naturally cool space. La Belle Issambre has a carport with space for one car, and there is also ample parking for multiple cars on the private, enclosed grounds.
