Les Issambres - Villa

Villa Musadière is a child-friendly villa with heatable pool and stunning sea views.

Its location is near Les-Issambres; an attractive village on the Côte d'Azur with a promenade, shops and restaurants. A sailing school, fine sandy beaches, restaurants and a regular ferry service to the famous Saint-Tropez complete the picture. You will find several golf courses in the immediate vicinity and you can play tennis in the village itself. Hikers can enjoy the nature reserve ; Massif des Maures'.

Our villa is located on a dead-end road. The heatable swimming pool is fenced and has a wide, shallow part; ideal for children to play. On the sun terrace, sun beds are waiting for you. A wide staircase leads to a large terrace divided into several parts. The dining table is on the covered part with direct access to the villa. Then there is a terrace with a wooden lounge: ideal for apéro. If you walk through, you come to a pretty terrace where the views are, if possible, even better. To the side of the villa is a concrete table tennis table and behind the villa is a nice jeu-de-boules court with lighting where you can play until the late hours.

Thanks to the thick walls, the villa is pleasantly cool (there is central heating for the colder months). A spacious living room with sitting area and flat-screen TV (international channels) by the fireplace and the dining area is by the passage towards the kitchen. There are 2 high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine). On the living floor are 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds. One of the rooms has doors opening onto a private balcony with sea view. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with patio doors to the balcony with sea view. There is a separate children's bedroom with a wooden (bars) cot, a chest of drawers and a camp bed. There is also a bouncer and a changing mat (with cover).
