Luxury villa with heatable pool on a fenced plot (5500 m2) and stunning views. You walk to Bargemon (restaurants, bakery, butcher, and mini supermarket) where the weekly market is on Thursday.

The view is wide, and, in the evening, you can see the lights on in Bargemon in the distance. The villa has a long terrace with a dining set, and at the lower end of the pool there is a sun terrace with sun beds and a covered area with a lounge set.

Inside a large living room with fireplace, patio doors and sitting area. The open kitchen is fully equipped (including an American fridge and cooker). A hallway with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The two bedrooms facing south have air conditioning. The beds are of excellent quality. Near the front door is a guest toilet. An indoor staircase leads you down to the pool level. Here you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is a table tennis table and children can also use a game computer.
