Luxury, air-conditioned villa with private heatable pool, guest quarters with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The view is magnificent and the location is in the Lubéron, Provence, close to Apt.

The land on which this villa is built covers approximately 8800 m2. The centrally located pool has a beautiful overflow, a wide walk-in staircase and there are 12 designer sun beds at your disposal. In the evening, when you are all together on the terrace, the LED-lit (and color-adjustable) pool provides a beautiful and romantic backdrop. The pool is open from May to October and the water is heatable where necessary by the heat pump. Near the pool spacious, covered and well equipped summer kitchen.

From the summer kitchen you step into the indoor kitchen, which seamlessly flows into the dining room and then into the cozy sitting area with television and audio system.
The residence consists of 1 house with 2 bedrooms and 4 separate living units, each with their own bedroom and bathroom and their own access door to the swimming pool.

The bedrooms each have a private bathroom and are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and air conditioning.
On the first floor of the main house, accessible via a stone staircase from the dining area, are the first 2 bedrooms. The guest rooms are accessible from the outside.

Two levels down from the villa is the bocce court and the fixed barbecue.

Nature lovers have also come to the right place. Indeed, Apt is centrally located in the Parc Naturel du Lubéron: the ideal starting point for nature walks and challenging bike rides.

In high season, this villa can only be rented for large parties. In spring and autumn this villa can also be rented for smaller groups. Feel free to ask for the (advantageous) rates.
