Upon entering you are welcomed into a spacious open plan living area, with a kitchen, cozy dining area, and cozy sitting area by the fireplace coming together to create a lovely relaxing place.The bedroom is on the first floor and so is the bathroom. A staircase from the sitting area leads to the cozy gallery bedroom (not enclosed).
Outside, the private terrace offers everything for a relaxing day in the sun or a pleasant evening: a large dining table, sun beds and a large gas barbecue make this an ideal place to enjoy long summer evenings. From Le Loft, a path leads to the spacious, communal swimming pool. Here you will find sunbeds, a shaded area with a bar, and a large lawn where children and pets can play safely.

Le Loft is perfectly located for lovers of nature, wine and culture. A short drive away you can discover Montpellier (20 km) and its beautiful beaches and coves. Sète (60 km) and Béziers (100 km) are also within easy reach. Moreover, the nearby vineyards, the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc and the many hiking trails are well worth a visit. For sporty guests, there are opportunities for horseback riding (500 m) and tennis (1 km). Restaurants and supermarkets can be found nearby.
